Seedy Al Posted August 16, 2011 Author Share Posted August 16, 2011 Please please please prime the oil pump prior to starting engine, I have had several passionate Z head racers EXCLAIM to me its a biggie for these motors. er yeah, Being a new engine I would always prime oil. And oil pump is mashed full of running in grease to start the process but thanks for the concern heh Yeah so motor is back in after pulling out to rectify clutch fork. Allbolted up, drive shaft and all that. What is left: oil and filter Reassemble carb manifold and fit to motor, along with exhaust. Time time engine, attach some hose clamps. And thats it. So should be well doable. Oh and still need to paint my rocker cover in wrinkle.
