- i5oogt -
rad. how you reckon esky 3-up will do up lewis pass? awesomely, thats how. The diesel Cedric with 5-up and a boot full of booze/supplies was a first gear crawl up porters pass, I'm sure a Kent powered escort could do better than that! yoeddynz
BVB (with the most awesomely fluffy soft beard) is that 8am you leave Welly? So figuring it takes 3.5 hours to cross to the better island, drive to Renwick and get the best pies in NZ from Renwick meat and bakery... Its a must to try steak and cheese from there. Then drive up the valley to the lakes. Guessing you would be at the lakes between 1.30 or 2pm? Its looking good for Hannah getting friday off. Big Value Buddy
^ Yep, it leaves Wellington's fine shores at 8am (not sure yet when other Wellington folk are sailing). Sounds like the makings of a great plan; good looking dudes, pies and sweet scenery. As long as we allow variance in the schedule for wagon time and other variables, we should be sweet. Gonna be fun.
