Rusted Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 And then some!! Last two on TM sold for $2500 and then $1K. I have a 1400cc from an early sedan, Lacks the high flow carbs the GS-R had. Awesome car, I can't get over a) The price condition it's in! Quote
Seedy Al Posted August 31, 2007 Posted August 31, 2007 yeha man, mean, you lucky bugger. Hope its all goes together all right, as for your master cylinders, best thing to do is pulkl them apart and just get some seals matched up at BNT or the likes. Allan Quote
johnnyfive Posted September 1, 2007 Author Posted September 1, 2007 Oh yeah. I'm also pretty stoaked at the deal I got. Dude was a real good cunt, I'll be referring him to oldschool as he claimed to have a few other cool OS mobiles, and lived in Taupo/lets all camp on his lawn next year/probably not good idea. I'm tryin to figure out at the moment if the booster and M/C off crashed red brumby are the same/similar, as that thing braked awesome (for what it was). Bonnet cable is poked also, old man reckons soak it in some diesel to loosen it up. Will keep looking for replacement. At the moment screw driver does the trick ok/ish. Can't think of much else for now, wondering what it will look like with white wheels like on the brumby + possible lowerage. Opinions/Photoshops? Quote
Goat Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 I reckon thats such a cool car aye. Coupe ftw. Price ftw. Would look cool whatever you did to it. But low would make it even better. Hope the brunbie brakes fit as it will probably be a cunt finding the right seals etc. Best have this at nats 08 Quote
cubastreet Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 It looks good all cleaned up, pity someone replaced the engine. Stick a EA81 in there, get a couple of mini manifolds made up for bike carbs and a water bypass, EA82T brakes all round and it'll go hard as. Quote
Toucan Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 Looks sweet. I reckon lower it and just tidy it up to look like new Quote
