RUNAMUCK Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Jolly good show Josh! That manifold is so old that they were offered as a factory performance part from Direct connection. (I have one too) The general consensus over at F.A.B.O (which is where the really clever mopar gurus are) is that they're really good, and actually preferred over the newer Edelbrock Performer manifold. I asked my dad to bid on one on ebay (before I found mine on trademe of all place) and he got into a bidding war. Exceeded my NZD max budget in USD, (and then some) but was still outbid by someone who wanted it more/had deeper pockets. 1 Quote
cletus Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Yes!! Congrats. That will be a nice car when it's done. I dont think I've ever seen a hood like that on one of those Looks like it was originally the same green as my plymouth 1 Quote

I’m yet to decode and see what it was supposed to have. The pinstripes are LOL but old and aged, probably 80s mod. yea same green, green interior and a green vinyl top! Nice colour but there’s so many wild factory colour codes to choose from! Shame the tag is so rusty it’s a struggle http://www.mymopar.com/6971opcodes.htm 1 Quote

JustHarry Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 Has it has the rust around the rear screen done or just painted over? Looks pretty haggard in the original losting from the us Quote
CUL8R Posted February 5, 2021 Posted February 5, 2021 I could be wrong but I think that all corresponds to the build plate. The door & door jam all the same numbers as the build plate - so at least its "numbers matching" Also I'd take the build sheet and laminate it or put it in a clearfile Quote
