Hillbillyracing
I really did put much thought into them to be honest.Just wanted a small afternoon project with stuff i had on hand and with the success of the 12" speakers ,i made the 8" ones sound nicer than in the cabinets they can from but still lack any decent low frequency,A mate did also said try a bigger baffle and put in the center .
Popular Post ajg193
Spent a few hours turning some scrappy Rimu into a bed frame for the spare room. Now need to find a mattress from somewhere. Also eventually need to make a head board to suit the holes from the wood's previous life

Popular Post waspman
Found another sign covered in paint, this one was much harder to remove the paint from The whole sign was covered in paint, I believe it was used when testing a spray gun for painting. Tried a few different thinners/turps etc, ended up using some old paint stripper to soften the black paint and then scrub with commercial thinners, unfortunately the fine black outline on the lettering has been lost but it certainly looks better than before. still looks a bit shit but will ok for shed art. 19

Adoom
So I mentioned at work that I wanted an lpg weed burner, but didn't want one $300 much. Work comrade suggested I could make a forge burner for under $100. The 'jet' is a mig tip and yes, I have used soapy water to check for any leaks. Progress so far of forge burner on a stick. Yes, I am the shittest cameraman. I was concentrating more on not setting myself on fire than aiming the phone.
Alfashark
Solo do a conversion kit for their knapsack sprayers to undertake pyro activities. Unsure of the cost, but not as cool as rolling your own. 1

Popular Post Doug Hill
Just finished resto on this neat toy. Belongs to the boss' wife. She had one many moons ago and it was a nostalgic birthday present. Wasn't meant to be a resto, but due to it being a bit of a shed queen it needed a complete strip down. Turns out it had a cracked frame, because early Honda alloy frame stuff. Local bike shop was meant to put it on the road on behalf of the seller, it was legal to ride but was a pile of shit on the road, forks were "rebuilt" wrong, carbs were rebuilt wrong and way out of sync etcetc 33
Popular Post sheepers
I built a retaining wall so we can back full it with dirt and make raised vegetable garden. Is 9.5m long and 400 high. I buried the posts 400 deep and rammed the back fill into the holes around the posts with a sledge hammer. Fucking tell you what, the rammed earth round the post is like setting the bastard in concrete. Missing image - topsoil. Yet to come.

Popular Post NickJ
GF wanted some fancy shelves in the lounge, she timed asking just right on the same day as I was getting the cnc running again. A day of design, three sheets of ply and press the green button. Slot together and a few screws to be sure.
