R100 Posted February 25, 2010 Share Posted February 25, 2010 You will also need to do a reverse sump (bulge at back) and some major cutting of the subframe. Its easy to do and will look good and work well if done right. Best to remove the subframe and mount it to a jig. Otherwise it WILL warp out of shape when you weld it back up and WONT bolt back into the chassis. Failing that you can modify it while its still bolted to the car. Its a bit harder to get in there and get in all the angles, if you do choose to leave it in be sure to tape up the winscreen, grinding sparks will make a mess of it.
