Do you remember re welding/adapting for the shock mount on the diff? Ive had to take the h150 mounts and weld them onto the h165 to fit

SunnyWagon 68
Josh, I can recommend trying baslac through RA Johnson. Flows out so good the 2k done a few jobs at home with it and rate, and if they won't help once I'm back at work I could probably sort you out through work as well
RUNAMUCK 29,897
I just came across this photo of this car in its former life. Thought I'd drop it here for old times sake. 5
RUNAMUCK 29,897
Hey regarding that bumper, Of it's the one it always had sorry its bent. I drove into the back of @Shaz lancer leaving the ferry terminal. Also also also, Dont lose those bumper bar brackets! They changed them about a year into the production run. I had a Lot of trouble finding those early ones. (I think I got some of Snail eventually) that's why it came with a few sets of irons. Ps, Love your work homie. Mr.Mk1 3,863
Haha, I remember the story! I put up with it for this long but it chaffed the paint off the valence and I cbf with that again after the effort to attach paint this time will swap irons. Or make quarter bumpers

RUNAMUCK 29,897
It never leaked when I owned it. (It was just permanently permeated with the foul stench of blowby and terror sweat.) Looking amazing Josh. Warms the cockles of my heart to see her looking so good.
Mr.Mk1 3,863
Yep, boot is the only leaky part cause I don’t want to spend $70 on a new seal!
JustHarry 2,069
@Mr.Mk1 Is it just a pinch weld style cap rubber? Para rubber has a pretty good range of sizes and shapes and thyre pretty cheap per meter
