flyingbrick
Sohc is yours to lock off the rears? I need to google orientation as I believe they will only hold pressure on one side of the valve. Still unsure of legality to do this. I'm happy with either way tho.

Ghostchips
If you had a twin cylinder master would you need it to be on the front? Â Rear having no pedal travel would stop the front brakes operating?
flyingbrick
I have always wondered how master cylinders work like that. How the fuck do proportioning valves work? God damn. Edit. Oh that makes perfect sense. Howstufworks helped. Pressure in one circuit pushes on secondary plunger.
SOHC
I have a adjustable proportioning valve in the circuit and when its turned right down or all the way up there is no difference in peddle feel that I can notice

Yes they are for sale and I'm desperate to get rid of them as my sheds too small.. $50 is what I paid. txt me if interested.

Valiant
How do you mean jam? I have a set on my 9" they work well enough. I think people just get a bit out of shape about setting them up. once that's done you're away.
flyingbrick
Someone told me I needed later model eb calipers or something as they jam less, father in law also told me these calipers used to jam lots, bla bla. I have no idea to be honest! My caliper kit was for eb and it fit fine so they must be pretty close to the same. Do your calipers sit above the axle like mine?
