danger
Discussion Thread - viewtopic.php?f=17&t=33132 Read this on NZV8 site. Awesomely detailed thread. Trying to convince myself I have the patience to do a similarly documented thread but I started a bit late.

Toucan
Last photos with the bride waving the start of the 'drag' are so sweet. Epic build man, stoked you were able to meet your deadline
kyteler
Brings back some memories, we had one of these when I was growing up (amongst many other Holdens), except it was the "Chevrolet" version. Nice work on recovering it man. It looks in a similar state to one of my cars and gives me hope and inspiration to sort it just as you have done with yours. Unclejake
Good shit. I am reminded of a quick re-spray on a Mercedes, that turned into a similar rust mission and then an inhumane marathon sprint to get it ready for a wedding. That one isn't quite fuinished either. Ha! Dell'orto
Man that must have been disheartening sanding shit back to find more rust! Awesome effort repairing it all, looks so choice now.
kyteler
That's a waaaaaaaaaaaaay better height.
cletus
just read the whole thing, nice effort! looks sweet, especially considering what you started with. one thing to watch out for- the front guard bolts at the top of the front guard arch at that height- be a shame to damage your paint if the tyre catches it and yanks it out
