0R10N
Photo is taken with a wide angle lens and a bit deceptive. Looks way more imposing when you stand on the driveway right in front of it! Matt, the only reason I didn't opt for a third row of clearlite is so I have the option of converting the rear half of the shed into two office/chillax rooms later on if I decide to sell up. Hence the positioning of the windows also. in most people's eyes a 3brm house with two extra living spaces and 3 car garage is worth a buttload more than a 3brm house with a 6 car garage. Go figure! SP450andLE
(enough to park four cars if only there wasn't a stump in the way), Stump + V8 4wd = problem solved But dont use the towbar for pulling. SP450andLE says NO! Good memory! Somehow I think that if someone does have a v8 4wd, it is likely that they'll have a proper tow hook
Chickity
I know a couple of ppl with 4wd v8 hiluxes. Can promise you there is no sign of a tow hook. Ima go with the less fun/more sensible option of getting someone in to grind the stump out...
SP450andLE
Well they're silly then And doesn't a stump grinder cost about as much as a golden poo?
KKtrips
Hey Ed can you please convert 2 of your carparks into a living quarters as planned and I'll move in for free - fuck knows why I would live in auckland though. (other than the fact I would see Doggysam errrry day <
SHGWAG
Also Ryan, the concrete will easily displace the water - but if too much water is in the way, it'll weaken the concrete & effect the curing period.
tortron
RE: studheight/hoists roller roof would be lush on a sunny day, however dont get caught out with a car up in the rain Looks roughly the size of my old mans shed, he has office + dangerous goods room set up as well. Can really swallow up alot of stuff

0R10N
haha the giant pile of detritus is still there. I imagine the shed removal guy's face will be dark when the invoice comes. Yeah I'm not back until Sunday night so cheers for the progress update Ned! (you creepy bugger) been thinking about security whilst on holiday - barring the windows and double padlocks will be more or less mandatory, and I should really look at installing an alarm, but wonder if I should also retrofit hooks into the floor for chaining down a car or three. Not that it's stopped anyone truly desperate before. But I'm not sure how fortress-spec I want to make the place as I'll still be having to drive my daily in and out of the damn thing every morning and every night. mixmasterlex
I'd have a look into some CCTV stz too. Mate did his place and wasn't too expensive to have a few cameras setup with night vision, and this is going back 4 or 5 years. Guess there's no such thing as overkill in Auckland.. Dell'orto
Maybe look into bollards for the roller door if you're that worried about cars being pinched. We have some at work that when you pull them out, have a flap that sits flush with the ground. Would make it nigh on impossible for someone to get past in a hurry

Yowzer
Can hook you up with some sweet as shit deals on CCTV equipment should ya need it. Can even integrate it into an alarm panel that will bombard you with txts should your garage be opened without your authorization etc.
