Ned Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Dave claimed my tow ball, but happy to swap on the day if need be. I have a 3.5T tow rating, so happy to tow whatever needed Quote

Raizer Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Lots/too many of both in town. More red where you're coming through I think, I try and avoid going up Te Urewera etc, I like my shoes/car/wallet. 1 1 1 Quote

Not sure on the trailer front, I have a wee 6x4 with a removable animal/wood cage, not very big though, and cage isn't bike friendly. Quote
anglia4 Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Dad is planning to bring his F150, we are hoping to be able to have room on the back to pick up 2 broken bikes. Its a 6 seater. Trying to avoid a trailer if we have enough room just to make it a bit easier to get out of the way of "Young Brody in his venerable bush Hilux" We will do a trial pack this week and see how much space we've got. 2 Quote

Tumeke Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Thought I'd do some prep since this is two weeks away. The motor on the a100 was a bit noisy. Prolly explains it. Â Â 5 1 5 Quote

Mop Head Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Jesus are we gonna have like 18 support vehicles? Sounds like a headache to me. Quote
Vintage Grumble Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 @Thphantum is the official support vehicle I believe. We can't stop other people coming, but having two other vehicles might be a pain in the arse. Can @anglia4 or@Ned maybe car pool or not bring another vehicle, just to simplify things?  1 Quote
Ned Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 I've had my hand up since May as support vehicle, so a little late now to try change my plans.... Happy to take a passenger, as long as they like vengaboys 1 Quote
anglia4 Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 I thought there was still only 3 support vehicles as per J5's post a couple pages back? 2 Quote
Thphantum Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 @johnnyfiveI will have the weber on board again along with a couple of chilly bins, So anyone wanting liquid refreshments and food transported for the first night there should be room to accomodate this. This will allow us to have bbq food too. I will try to get to your place resonably early fri morning to allow a bit of time to suss this out. Will probably bring a selection of homekill bovine and swine for taste testing. 7 2 Quote
