RUNAMUCK
I had the internal hex on an RB30 head bolt round out once. Had to very carefully drill the head off it.
tortron
Last year I spent an hour cutting a bolt with a bit of broken sawzall blade I found on the ground Beats working though! 2

Do you mean for IRS axles? Probably the same if it uses hooke style UJ's, but I reckon suspension travel/movement would move them through a fair range anyway.
kicker
Hooke on the outer and plunging type on the inner. IRS, semi trailing. I have to choose a position for the diff which might also be slightly forward of the hub centreline. Range of travel is quite small

cletus
Network security key when setting up a printer. This is the password on the card that comes with the modem, yes? Can get everything else to work on wifi with this , but not the printer
Goat
yes, generally it is the wifi password. Sometimes printers require 2.4ghz wifi and won't work with 5ghz even though they can see the 5ghz network. So if your router has 2 wifis pick the 2.5Ghz one for the printer.

kicker
Have used One Stop Cut Shop myself and it was very easy. Am also getting some stuff cut at Metcon locally, waterjet but they also do laser, haven't confirmed the job yet but they got back to me within a day with a price after I sent them the dxf's.
