Oldschool.kero burners are fine. The new chinese and indian ones turn into jetengines pretty quick once they start leaking

new leather washers and you should keep it dry (kero will affect the stain of the wood if spilled but)

So glad so many of these are getting built

Leather washer can get bent.
Where do you even get them from?
My first kero stove and the pump washer turn to dust , so got a new one (syn)
only then did i realise the i was missing really important pieces. the caps that vaporise the fuel ..
Fuck when that bitch was going well it boiled a pot of water in like  minute .
but then it would have a cough and then release a cloud of kero that would ignite ingulf everything in a ball of fire

i always just made my own

love my msr multifuel stove

run it on 91 most of the time and it takes seconds to make a cup of tea

bad news if something goes wrong when you have a presurised bottle of petrol and an open flame vut

FUck running a pressurised stove on petrol. FUCK . THAT.

Run mine on diesel or mix of kero and diesel .
So slow to start , shit cranked once it was going though. ( the one felix now has)

(I already had the cat)

It looks rough but has nice wee springs on it and Trojan trailer coupling and a live number plate!

I ripped the springs and couplings out tonight.

I will give the c section axle and 8" iwheels back to Moray to move his bambina about (he is building a wheelbarrow to take it out and about)

Thanks for looking

so I took the leaves off!

They looked nice and shiny, but I felt I could make em tidier so out came the grinder and I polished em nice n shiny(er)

Then I hit them with some spray zinc with some wheel paint over that.

Now they look like this:

Oh I also slipped some grease between the leaves too.

cheers mate, I was just comparing it to my father in laws (3mm) and the one I robbed for bits (3mm) and thought I would double it due to my noobishness. I will look at my neighbours boat trailer tomorrow!

I also have  hubs and stubs (same stud pattern as my Anglia) to fab into an axle on tuesday.

Also it looks like this:

I also got a proper plate to mount the coupling as well as made up a light bar as a temprary fixd until the caravan goes on top
