The insulation:

It looks like arse at the moment, however it will get tucked in nicely before I glue and screw the roof in.

It is a woolen batt so will be good at insulating

Here is my overhead shelf, you can just see the switches in the RH side (on the underside)

So Ned/ Bantam mainly, but Born Loser may know being a coach builder and all..

Should I skin the sides or the roof first?

I was thinking sides because the piece of ACL I have for the roof is wider than the caravan so I can cover the 'edges'

(There will be aluminium flashing going on too)

Sides first and then leave 20mm of the roof each side to tap lightly over the edge to cover the the side . Creates a better seal . Assuming you are covering the roof with 0.9 mm alloy sheet . If fibreglass sheet then it doesn't matter which way

i would probably do the sides, then flush trim them with the router, and then do the roof? i'm sure it doesnt really matter, but if you do the roof after, then if water does come in between the roof and the trim, then it has to work harder to get inside as there is no seam on the roof as such (no idea if i'm making sense TBH)

Txt if you have some free time over my side of town, alwys a beer/ coke or hot cuppa

You'll be camping in it by the time I can manage that sadly. 12 hour days / 6 days a week for another couple of months. If you ever need random building materials though hit me up. The amount of wastage of jobs is silly.
