Sunday we found timing chain had dropped into block (had head off) so last night engine came out and was reassembled and dropped back in. Off to waiheke for two days so having my mate/uberclean worker carry on assembling. Got front and rear screen, steering column, booster/master cyl, some of the rubbers, tail lights and a few other bits done already. Still heaps to do incl SLAM or face the wrath of a good ol fashioned oldschool.co.nz flaming.
