RUNAMUCK
It's a pity they don't sell normal beer there.
fuel
some photos of the trip so far. I love this shot. That Mitsubishi dealership in the background is the very one my old man started ground up and managed through the 80s and early 90s.

yoeddynz
Dave and Rich stayed over last night. Took them for a spin in Viva, New world for all sorts of essential BBQ stuff and then into the cider. Was all good. The best bit was a quick spin in the Celica. I wont have been the only one to declare after the first 10 secs that I want a car like this. Hannah went a spin in it and came back grinning ear to ear. I'm sizing up a 1uz for one day... Just simply awesome- the speed and the sound!!! They are taking it up and over Takaka hill today after I told them what an awesome hill climb it is. Here's some pics and a short vid I took. Please excuse the girlie squeals of delight... Video..

yoeddynz
Yeah we are lucky to get a place there. Yep I think going by the amount of sausages that we all ate they met the appropriate standards. Richies new car by the way...has the coolest feature. A button below the radio switches on a tiny bulb to illuminate the radio area. Oh my. I so want that in my Viva. and a radio..

sheepers
what a fucking epic trip!!! i would happily do it again tomorrow. the celica went faultlessly all the way and Richie and i had some epic times in the car driving a couple of sublime roads! Richie has pretty much covered it but id like to thank everyone again anyway. To all the people i met along the way, all the people who showed me around their sheds, the people who extended their kindness and hospitality to a complete stranger, i thank you. i was lucky enough to see the greatest side of the OS community first hand, and its something to be proud of. thanks again to you all. and now, some photos i took along the way, in no particular order, or skill, hanging out at Dane's place some distant 11's sheepers.
