Truenotch
Do what Clint said - take the sump off and crank out, then block of wood on the top of the pistons and whack them out.

RUNAMUCK
I've heard that milk is really good to free them up. Something in it attacks the aluminuim, and frees them up. Told this by a guy who used to work at a place that imported motors. They free up the stuck ones, (Talking waay back in the day) ground start them and sell them. It sounds a bit hokey to me too, but this guy knows his shit, and has never put me wrong.
bubblegoose
its not the aluminium thats the issue, the iron rings will be at one with the block, a massive hammer is the only way

Seedy Al
I have heard a story about a guy who had a super fucen sized motor, so he made a big fuck off bomb fire and got the motor fucken red hot, let it cool doan and away he went. So maybe try that. Allan

Testament
is it even worth borthering with? bores will be totally fucked/ depending how corroded may not even clean up before you are bored it out too far. You could take the crank out then make up a strongback across the headbots with a big nut welded to it in the middle of the bore so you can wind a big bolt down to get the thing to move. I still reckon dropping in it ocean is a better plan, and then put a twin cam fiat motor in the escort so it goes much better.
ESKIN8R
Lol so many crazy replies, took crank out, tapped pistons down bores to unsieze, wernt that badly stuck LOL!, then proceded to clean bores so I could get pistons out, engines apears to be a low millage one compared to the other two 205 engines ove pulled apart, bores will oversize nicely
