This is my problem haha, I want Jenveys for $200, I do agree they are better than most but they still have a million vacuum ports and I don't want any of that.

Man up and cast your own?

For sure, but realistically all you need is an injector, a valve and a hole to let in air... could be a fun DIY project?

Would be sweet to find a cheap, no-frills off the shelf thing though

I couldn't tell you man I would have to check have been subscribed for years, it may have been in race engine technology? I'm subscribed to that one too. Its pretty well touted in there that F1 and other forms of motorsport went away from slide throttles, the shit partial throttle cylinder filling isn't worth the miniscule gain at wot.

No problems. I know bugger all on the subject and wouldn't mind educating myself is all.

So no one will say if spraying the injectors on the out side of the throttle plate is going to work/ catch my car on fire? I'm not talking out boards but like 2" away from where they would normally be?

 

carbs do this. 

they use vaccumm to draw the fuel through, though.

 

what's wrong with side draughts.bike carbs on this thing? evn injected it'll still be a kent
