Insani-T
When I had the EJ I was going to go through them. Wanted to get a fibreglass beaver panel off them, cause it was like $300 cheaper then Rarespares. But they stopped getting them in.

Spencer
Does a generic seal work on a door or something? Cant really see it happening where the corners are moulded. Really need door seals on the criz

Mk1Daniel
Anyone know how much a full rubber set for a Mk1 escort will cost?
Bling
Prices are on the site, work out how much of each seal you want then add it up.
Mk1Daniel
having trouble figuring it out
Bling
Measure the seals on your car, check their site for the profiles and compare them to your current seals. Then just flick them an email with the lengths you need of each seal and they'll price it. Just go over your car and find all the bits you want to replace etc. Spoke to them today and they said thats a good way to work out what ya need They had a stall at chch swapmeet, and had a MINT as rs escort on show

Lump
Has anyone brought carpets through Basis? The prices are the same as autodec for the same set, are they autodec carpets or is this just the free market in action?
Mk1Mad
Yo More of an update. I have order some escort window seals from MevSpares in the UK. Great service so far. Will let you all know what they are like when I get them. Anyway, just stumbled upon this place: http://www.spectrumrubber.com.au/index.html Will email for some prices to see how they compare to all the others. Someone on here bought stuff from East Kent Trim Supplies. Any feedback on their quality??
peteretep
haha that was me that bought of east kent trim, I still havent received the stuff as there was a big shortage of black headlining in the uk. But it has been sent and will be here soon, they have certainly been ok to deal with. I will update this thread when I receive the goods those prices on mevspares look pretty good and it looks like a good site, although they dont seem to have the front opening window seals(the lower bits with the steel in them). Maybe I'll have to try them in the future
Corbie
Has anyone brought carpets through Basis? The prices are the same as autodec for the same set, are they autodec carpets or is this just the free market in action? I found Auto Dec to be cheaper by about $70 on the Carpet for my Torana Quoted $275 by Autodec and $345 by Basis Plus Autodec is local
