Simon Posted January 30, 2011 Author Share Posted January 30, 2011 Thanks guys, Ill keep an eye out for those pulsars. Plan is to prep it myself and get someone to put the final coat on like my MR2. I don't like other people doing prep because they never do it properly. Will be a fair way off though. Got to get Hilux diff in with those crazy tyres in order to set rear flare height, then weld them on etc. Long process but am prepared to do it all properly. Before the V8 goes in I'll strip out the engine bay and paint it. Probably paint bits of the motor in the same colour. Simon Posted April 2, 2011 Author Share Posted April 2, 2011 Were $748 in the end. Mag and Turbo made no profit on them after Toyo cut them a deal because they took 12 months. He said they would be $1100ish if you walked in off the street now / they would probably tell you they are not available and to buy some chromes.
