EURON8
Well after some pissing around with making a new crossmember i discovered the factory one was useable with a little carefull cutting and welding. Not to fussed as this way will be stronger and look better for the cert man will dummy it up tomorrow and see if my measurements and welds were right. then finally welding / coat of matt black. plus pics
rot808
i would advise using matt black for every step of the process, not just the last thing, the final product would be so much classier
infinite
Hey i found some disc's that went onto the stub axels of your hiace they were from a toyota van 86 era.. i then just need'ed a tiny bit of machine down on back of the stub were bearing pushes upto, then a bracket for the caliper off the same vehicle gave it single pots... the wheel bearings were the same aswell! EURON8
Na, the guards on the back have a sorta flat spot making them longer than the flares. black=guard red = flare kustom with a capital K is required

EURON8
Also, Anybody know a place in auckland for acid dipping steel wheels? Getting them tested left shit all over them, figured it might be easier to dip them and get them back etch primed ready for paint. Has 8 wheels that would need doing. one set pretty yuck so way easier to dip them

AndyGal
Its awesome how in that photo shop you cant get in the sliding door because of the wheels, and you cant get in the boot because of boso pipes. But shit it looks dope.
Testament
Holley Red = carby. although fine for a lift pump. Mount the lift pump close to the tank but the efi pump/surge tank can be by the engine.
Jase
you could pull the rail inwards where the door closes and extend the brackets so it sits flush and then when the door is opened the extended brackets will push the door out past your wheel and flare
DodgySam
oi...run black paint...will look sweet with the red and green wheels! Also you could also run a gtir fuel pump in the tank as most gtir owners flick them dirt cheap for something bigger altho they have plenty of balls. Just a thought.
