My name is Russell
These are some escort suspension setups I got photos of from the manfield meet just been Note in this picture how the mount between diff and tramp rod is quite far from the housing to give good leverage ... iv been told idealy i want to get the eyelet about 160mm away from the housing (probably wont be able to achieve this due to ride height) and the bar at a 16 degree angle away from the housing. The White Mk2 cossworth that was EXTREMELY quick with 300hp. Could a sway bar be an alternative for a panhard rod. Allan Man replica .... I think i will do my panhard rod the same as his .... Note the tube that travels across the back of the body providing support for were the rod mounts to the body (a difficult part to get a ridged mount too) and as a brace. And a lotus escort thats "Been raced since factory"
