My name is Russell
So many ideas and valid points its going to be a hard decision I agree with UJ and like the idea of having some pumped guards/going on a pick a part mission and stitching something on but it would also be allot easier to stick some forest flares on throw and engine in and drive around in circles. Cheers for the advice deffinatly makes looking at options easyer to see
Sparkle
i like those rounded ones. Put a high hp 13b in it. NAH! CLUB '33 ARE ALREADY DOING IT. DONT BE A COPYCAT. Lexus V8 set insanely far back would be cool.
QCADTA
Looks like a good buy, was keeping an eye on that auction myself Quite the zakspeed escorts before the grp 5 ones. You goin turbo or na sreamer like a s2000 motor theyre using a bit more in england?
sholdowa
That's not an x pack, more audi quattro really... here's a droop snoot x pack. You can see that the flares are far boxier.
KKtrips
Do this Russell - it looks fuckin awesome - those realy long pumped out square flares look too German IMHO, Go for British, you know like bad teeth, handkerchiefs tied to head etc Motor wise you definetly need to put a Zetec with Twin Sidies in - easy conversion as it has been done plenty of times before (no doubt palmside or the like wil even have a kit available) and with the firewall cut out you don't need to worry about distributor clearance issues - make the new one fit the motor!! mikuni
^ no offence to that fella at all but they just don't really cut it in my opinion. Not really in the same league as all the other mean crazy wide body stuff. I'm with UJ, huge fan of the boxy flares on the square mk2. You need to see that one finished and looking sweet to really guage how cool they look I think.
