And its not a big turbo.. I'm just going to use the td05hr 16g evo turbo off my cortina and a good intercooler.  EGT gauge and also changing the rear diff ratio...once I sort out what I have 

You might find the TDO5HR frame a little large for good low performance. Be interesting to see. I suspect a td04h or td04hl might be the go. Stock 4m40 turbo is only a TD04-12 I think. They start running out of huff at 4k 14psi

Yeah he will have something spare and if not brock will have something I'm sure

Yeah that would be greatly appreciated thanks mate.

Karl has allready said there's a complete motor and semi stripped one as yours.
