JasonK
I just use a buff and some medium compound, does the trick nicely. would work by hand too with a bit more elbow grease

kws
I've used autosol in the past, but its pretty agressive. My go to now is as mentioned above, a buffer and Ultimate Compound polish

peteretep
Ill try the polisher as I have that now, and if that doesnt work then Ill try the sandpaper method as per @00quattro00 how does the lensklear work @Yowzer? seems like its just a couple of wipes? melts top layer of plastic? Yowzer
It has some cleaning stuff that removes the yellowing, and then a clear coat. 9/10 times they come up sweet without a polish as the clear coat does a good job of filling in minor scratches and cracking, but for real bad ones we'll give them a buff with whatever cutting compound we have lying around first.

UTERUS
There's a dude in taupo who does this as part of a grooming deal. Buffs the yellow off and re coats the plastic with a uv stable clear.

kseries.rookie
Recently did mine - 10 minutes on each headlight with generous amount of auto sol and then went over again with a wax/sealer Went from barely being able to see past the frost to crystal clear. 6 months on and it's still like new
