governorsam
There is usually a classic/vintage car breakfast thing going on at govs pub as well on 1st Sunday of the month. Local bloke called Gavin Bain organises it. Cool cars. I will be wearing my new Hawaiian shirt, should be easy to spot. Looks like it might be wet, may leave the 49 morris at home. Only got front and rear glass. Will bring George along.
AndyGal
What time is that Sam? Maybe we could just meet there and do that?
RUNAMUCK
pretty lack lustre turnout from the chch massive. Scooters outnumbered cars. Whats the plan for nek months meet? I'm sure my mate with the rx would be keen to meet some more peeps/see some more cars. Might be good to get some pre nats amperage too. Maybe a few quiets at the redwood tavern? Those meets usually get a few in. (Plus it's undercover, s/palace is great except you get cold or sunburned)
Valiant
A lot of Christchurchs OS users are agoraphobic? A bit of a drive to somewhere could be good, Waimak gorge, Diamond harbour, or some such?
Chris.QCR
Yeah places like this would be Ideal Pete. Its not all about the booze. Lets go for a thrash somewhere in the cars/on the bikes.Park up and have a yarn. Grab a pie on the way or something along those lines. Its prob a little past swimming spots now but tat would have been ideal for summer
AndyGal
Turned out to be quite a sweet day. You missed the best bit Simpson fanging through the hills and having a sweet lunch at Governers Bay.

Valiant
There's three cars you wouldn't expect to be parked together.
