kyteler
I do. For my SSR MkIIs but none for yours. Coupes cheaper than Big Turbo L. Will know more in the weekend.

0R10N
Quite keen on some Longchamps or MkIIs tbh. Pity the Skyline and Rx-7 run different tyre profiles, otherwise I'd acquire a set and swap between them as I see fit. Parts coupes. Hmmmm. Why not, aye? Tell me more... Brock-Lee
14x8 Only a pair but. They currently have 175/50s on them.
kyteler
Tyre is too small, way, way too small. I appreciate the offer though. Fingers crossed my plan works out anyway. Should be well tyred.

0R10N
Here, I prepared this earlier:
Dell'orto
Christ what tyres would you run to fill those guuards, 235/70/14's or something??
kpr
balloons^ 185/60's and bit more low should do it. those 195/45's are tiny re skid: looks like there is almost enough room to hook it around a few times, go go
kyteler
I have some 195/60 Semis coming shortly. Should be ideal with some low. Hopefully.
0R10N
195/60R14? I'm still disappointed with the 205/55R15s I paid good money for. Sure they're not balloons, but the guard gap is comically rage-inducing and the speedo is out by miles. In hindsight, I should have chosen balloons over aesthetically yuck guard gap. Dell'orto
Ah right, didn't realise they are 45 profile....I may have been taking the piss with 235/70s though
0R10N
So Michael, by skids I take it to mean you've fixed the weird stalling problem, and I'll therefore be seeing you and the uglyfront at Nats? Ah right, didn't realise they are 45 profile....I may have been taking the piss with 235/70s though Ewwwwwww. 195/70s are bad enough: Is there even a car in the photo? All I can see are tyres! Rookie
I struggle to see how changing the tyres is going to lower the car?!?! Slam will fix all of your problems!
kyteler
Changing the tyres will mean I can or will be able to lower the car. At the moment with the tiny tyres, if I lower it, I won't be able to get it into the garage. Ed. Nope, it occasionally works fine but not for extended lengths of time. At the moment it wont run well enough to do anything, another skid is off the cards currently. It either needs a whole new distributor or at the very least, a cap, which you can't get from anywhere. Cool one, nice. Parts coupe number 2 might help me out.
DJZ
Is it an optical dizzy? I've got a new cap and rotor that came from MSA in the States.
kyteler
Yeah man, Optical. Weird, I wouldn't have expected the US to have that as none of theirs run it? Even their Turbo ones just used electronic, iirc.
DJZ
'82 & '83 L28ETs have optical dizzys. If you need them in a hurry you can have mine if you replace them at some stage, I'm not going to need them for a while.
