If you've got a KP starlet (as your name suggests) then the only way is to take the diff housing out of the car, remove the axles, cut a slice in the tube, tweak the housing and weld it back up. Don't expect bearings or diff parts to last long though! The other way is to remove the housing, remove axles, heat a spot on top of the housing and let it cool.
