Boss leaves for Czech Republic on Tuesday, meaning I'm taking over the $28million Project we're on = 12 hour days at the office & no chance of leave. Wish I could get over there sooner.

Picked it up yesterday.

Was a bit under the weather so nana'd it back to the workshop in Hamilton.

Took it out for a drive this morning.

It's got an impressive pull from 3000rpm onwards, making around 210kw atw.

No traction in 2nd, and you can't put your foot flat in 3rd. This is probably caused by the lack of wheel alignment and old tyres.

Hits 140km a little too quickly...

Doesn't rev quite as happily as I want it to, but this is just the run in tune.

Got the bug back, in the next few months this should be road legal.

Yea, no skids for the 1st 1000kms, I've heard fresh engines don't like the limiter.

Won't be legit by nats, but should be comming down in something oldschool + Turbo if all goes to plan.

I left this thing locked up in the workshop in Hamilton, to stop me from being tempted to drive it & getting massive fines.

Decided to write up a to do list to Help me remember what needs to be done before the Cert:

Securely Mount ECU & Ignitor

Sort fault in Passenger side window electrics

Reinstall Passenger door trim

Reinstall Back Seats & Seatbelts

Install Momentary switch for scramble boost

Wire scramble boost switch

Remove front seats & Bolt in Buckets

Reinstall glovebox

Install/wire gauges & Gauge pod

New Sealed Battery Box with vent to atmosphere

Sort exhaust noise level - Silencer / extra muffler

Replace rear left shock absorber

Reinstall heater box

Decent cut & polish

New wider rims

Fit full body kit?

Chucked the Chin Spoiler on:

Threw a second Rear Demister switch into the centre to use as a scramble boost switch.

Also threw the back seat in + seatbelts.

Put the steering column cover back on as well.

Need to tidy up the front bumper.

A mate has some red polish which should bring up the paint to a fairly nice finish.

This bonnet is poos, so will be chucking on my other one at some stage, and will sticker / stencil bomb this one for lols.

Side indicators get deleted if I put my kit on, but like how it looks atm.

Front guards are in urgent need of being rolled, scrape any time I go around a corner.

Might chuck up some more pics after work tonight if I get time.

More slam is do-able once I've lipped the front guards.

Can wind it down another 2 inches roughly & still maintain decent suspension travel.

Also on the agenda are wider wheels eventually, as these ones just don't quite fill the guards enough for my liking.
