solidstripe
Nice car man! What a score on the price too! How did you make those rear pods btw? And have you started on the sound deadening yet/are you going to do it?

hachiroku_GTV
Nice car man! What a score on the price too! How did you make those rear pods btw? And have you started on the sound deadening yet/are you going to do it? Sound deadening is removed from under front seats, rear seats and hatch area. Pods were shaped from foam then glassed over. Then foam was chipped out.

Snoozin
Lots of nice bits in that! Good work, it's coming together nicely. The cage will be a contentious one though, chances are it won't be able to be homologated which = no MSNZ dispensation, and no cert/WOF. lowlancer
Pretty rad dude. Not sure about the cutting of the springs on such a sweet build, seems kinda backwards? Looks sweet, I reckon it would look better a TEENSY bit higher with the guard-to tyre ratio a bit closer? In any case, nice build up and sweet end product thusfar
hachiroku_GTV
Yeah, agreed. Kinda regret cutting them now. Just wanted to get it low to suit the front. Turns out its really too low now. Will hopefully get some low springs with adjustable perch in the near future. Waiting on some new wheels ex Japan so will adjust to whatever suits them. SSR MKIII 14x8.5j in rear with 185x55's and 14x7.5j front with 175x60's in the front.
Truenotch
Looks good man. Is the safety21 cage just a non motorsport Japanese "street" cage?
hachiroku_GTV
Yeah just a "street" cage. But this wont pass a warrant I wouldnt have thought or cert. Its for those inbetween wof times
