HighLUX Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Yeah an earlier leaving time on the Friday morning and nobreakdowns on the way will get us to Hicks bay with plenty of time to chillax/beach hoon/side adventure to lottin pt along the way plus more food options will be open if we get to te araroa earlier in the evening. Earlier in November works for me 2 Quote
Vintage Grumble Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 The other thing we will have to sort, is if we want to try it unsupported, or do we sort out a support vehicle of some description. The ladies that helped last time won't be available this year. Quote

No ones decided on a date yet but still Nov at this stage is a safe bet. We'd discussed the possibility of changing up the route somewhat to include places like the Mahia peninsula and/or the Ureweras but that might be a bit far/hard so maybe another time. Waikeremoana route would be cool, want to drive it at some stage/way to soft and girly to ride it Quote
