KKtrips
Ho'damn son - that looks swell! I cannot wait to park on your driveway, drip some hot oil into your "soak pit strip" and then sit on your viewing platform to smash a beer or 5.

rot808
What's happening with regard to the flashing tape round the doors and windows? Getting covered?

AndyGal
Looking awesome. Seems so much bigger with the windows in. I think roof the same colour as the house would look good. Already enough contrast with windows and timber.
lowlancer
Explain flashing pls? We're looking at site welding head and jamb flashings in, not really sure tbh
Steelies
kinda funny cos uphill neighbour is the only person who will see the roof had head flashings put on before paint, 25x3 angle. they forgot to bring the ends round so flashings are open ended, we'll have to fill those gaps somehow/easy. windows and doors when installing are slipped up under flashing. some didnt fit and needed persuasion. is jamb flashing the one at the bottom? modified standard Al. joinery flashing to go in under frame sweet, as per normal i believe. forgot the big end doors needed a flashing too, (mix ups and revisions etc while it was being built) so a bit of cuntery to deal with there. dont want to have to do more welding but may be the only option. what sort of durability/life span you looking at?
