What an amazing place. Thanks Karl and Aimee/Amy?? for organising today and of course Rod Millen for not only letting us see his toys but also taking his spare time to personally show and tell about his awesome contraptions and answer questions and so on. What a champ and again what an amazing spot!

Lining up for a run at Rods Pikes Peak section of his... erm driveway (I find it very hard using that word to descibe such a sweet section of tarmac!)

Can yal tell the stadium truck was one of my fave toys in the shed... despite it only being single speed and good for about 45mph in a stadium...

Had to take a sneaky pic of my gemmi with it lurking behind : )

After our run up the rest of the drivetrack we came back down and the sky started looking pretty grumpy... it was time to leave : (

And after a beer at Coroglen with everyone it was time to cut a track for me and my lady. Wish we stayed but pretty broke, kids, animals to tend to, red gemini to carry on with today... impressed with lack of fuel use, reckon I got there and back to Jafaland for around $70! (maybe $80)

That was marvellous!

Thankyou Karl and Amy for organising the day, and a huge thanks absolutely must go to Rod to accomodating us on his property, being an absolute top notch host and talking us through the vehicles on display in the barn as well as letting the convoy cruise up that mega driveway.
