Why would you want 3.7 ratio in a car with a 1S? It has no power or torque.

Yuh, lets go measure Kades one.

Because that's how it came from the factory and that's what I want.

That car will mainly be used to cruise from home to uni at 100k.

It will drop 160rpm at cruising speed.

Also I can run the newer diff.

I have one other car for power.

And one other car for torque.

Aiight, lets go.

You not interested in rolling the flat lip out of the gaurds at all, try sneak a bit more tire under the gaurds that way?

Can get a fair bit more width easy as, if you dont mind how it looks.

Well, fronts are easy and rear is a bit more tricky where it's double skinned.

I dont have stretched tires or whatev, but you get the idea.

Yeah I have thought about that. Then I concluded that I don't want to do that.

I just don't like the look of them. Wold rather shift the wheels in further at the front with shorter AE85 LCA's.

Then I can run all the factory chrome round the lips and have the body looking as un modified as possible.

More bog work too to get it looking mint.

Do they just fold the lip out and bash the hell out of it?

Yeah man, haven't had a rest yet though. Last exam was on Sat, then prepped car for track in the afternoon/evening, track all yesterday and did a return trip to Hamilton today to pick up a 250c Merc for Callum.

Radar detector saved me 3 times, one of which I died laughing inside when the old bald guy in a v8 commodore got pulled over after passing me twice and accelerating hard after road works but nanna specin' through corners.

Word, the flat lip removed on anything always makes me cringe a little. Don't Hugo out on these 'rona coupes. Swaps you one for something?

Yeah, do not want flat guards.

Haha yeah I'v seen that.

mutiny has got some bids on it.

I guessed the plate number as pm6226 which brings up an 83 corona but says the kays are 180 and that its a AT150 so probably a different car.

Also it's in CHCH. I don't want another. A daily hack and a minter is enough.

hey I know i am about 10 pages late here but...

1. Can someone show me a pic of KPRs guard mods? Me no find

2. Wouldnt a 3sgte be a really easy fit into this? Mine was a really torquey motor and could whip easy top gear skids if you wanted (I wanted) and would probably eat a 1UZ one easy as?

Some people hate turbs, hell even I opted for an NA motor, but thought that it might work on a budget for maximum smoke

Love your rims, if they get theived and then you see a green KP driving round with them, wasnt me. Promise.

Nah 3s would be easy and pretty much bolt in, just drill hole in head and pipe oil to sump.

I already have a 3sgte that could go into but I don't want a 3sgte in this. It's not a race car.

3sgte is supposed to go in my MR2 but if I run out of money it will get sold.
