kyteler
I'm not sure about CHC but when I want boxes I roll down to the local Briscoes and they have a recycling cage, normally they'll let you take stuff out of it or sometimes they have freshly unboxed things and they'll give them to you straight out of the store. Probably the same for any of the big chains, Warehouse, etc. I've done several moves with recycled Briscoes boxes. Try your luck of a large department store close by? Lump
Go to the supermarket and get some banana boxes - they'll have shit loads of these and you should be able to get them for free. They're really sturdy can be opened and closed easily, good size easy to stack and even different brands of banana's have the same size box.
