Oh my, what an epic read! Got a few posts in, then decided I'd need to go get some crackers, cheese and coffee, and really enjoy the rest of it! Love your work, bravo!

seen this in the unreads today and had to go check it out. What an epic read.

@_matt - I'm very jealous of your talents, loved the build thread so far!

PS - Matt, you are a fucking crazy mo-fo, the level of detail is borderline psycho and I have half the office around my desk creaming themselves looking through the pics.

Thanks man! This has kept my hopes up that it hasn’t failed miserably hahaha

It's all good to go, processed it through this avo, but won't go live till Monday, the plate guy had gone home by the time I finished the review.

Love the build and the overall level of attention to detail mate, very impressive.

Had a question about the mounts you made which the rear of the gearbox crossmember and the forward driveshaft hoop bolt to. I'm really interested in doing something similar for the driveshaft hoop on my KE70, but wasn't sure how i'd get on with cert for this? My understanding was that you needed a 3000mm2 mating plate bolted through the floor pan to a plate on the inside of the car? How did you get by for cert purposes with the fabricated mounts welded to the underside of the floor pan? And what thickness steel did you use?

Feel free to PM if easier, cheers in advance, Mike.
