SOHC
It looks like an XY falcon, is it from wonderland or the US?
kyteler
They're 'murkin. Basically a fancy pants/Mercury version of the early Torino. The early Falcons were from US designs anyway, the Aussies only designed from the XA (72/73 ish) onwards.

Shakotom
I think your nuts and a bad influence on the rest of us with buying an excessive amount of cars. But that's okay Because 'old cars are like Pokemon, you gotta collect them all' -Zebradude 01-2014

Popular Post The Dude
I probably do some work on all of them at least 3 times a week. I've just come out of a three month non stop Lock up and car blitz with Neil, We emptied a quite simply stunning amount of stuff from the Lock up, repaired my Mitsi Ute, and wof'd and reg'd it for Drag day, pulled apart two 1974 Fairlane's (wait till you see them!) and got my Viva ready to put the engine in. We also bought two utefulls of classic push Bikes, sold 8 Motorbikes, Bought a 1977 Gs850, shipped 3 cars from all over New Zealand, Picked up the Oxford, started on a Red Bull Trolly, Bought picked up and moved 5 engines and put a P76 4.4 litre V8 in a 1982 SD1 after rebuilding a complete bottom end and failing to find a six cylinder head to complete it. I also rebuilt a 1982 Daimler Sovreign that had been left in someones garden for 5 years into a running driving wof'd and reg'd car and sold it. Organised massive amount of work on the Mustang, Moved the Caprice from Las Vegas to Winslow AZ to be race prepaired, Organised Hotels at both ends of the C2C and signed the contracts. I also looked at maybe 20 sections for sale around Auckland and the Waikato, and had to read up on the planning law surrounding them, check out the Auckland district plan, and arrainge finance to actually buy one! I also helped Ed buy an RX7 in San Francisco, and a Dodge van for me to ferry C2C folks around, sort a trip to the UK for two weeks in March, and move my pension from the UK to Kiwi saver. On top of this I worked mostly 6 days a week running a business and ran 3 Facebook pages for car fans. I start work at 8:30am work till 18:30 spend 3-4 hours at the lock up and then complete the rest of the things I need to do at home till 1-2am. Thats been my last three months, I know there's about a million things I've forgotton too. Man I know that thats a looooong answer, but it kinda points out how busy I am!!!!
