flyingbrick
Damn she's lovely. My welding is getting better every time but its still not ideal. I ran over that weld at high amps with no filler to round it off (I ran the arc in a z over the square edge to round it off) It looked better before I did that as was all bright and colorful

Terminal220
Holey crap balls! Looking good mate, and what an awesome level of work. The more I read on this sight, the less impressed I am with the work I have done to my own car.
flyingbrick
Haha, don't be silly. Quality of work is directly proportional to motivation levels. If you want to do something...make it happen Its taken me a very long time to feel comfortable doing certain things but have just been motivated to find the necessary knowledge. I'm blown away every day by the work done by others here. We all know who they are- this is a good pool of incredibly smart cunts.

Threeonthetree
Haha, I have done bugger all. Especially compared to you. Great work so far and I'm genuinely impressed with how far it has come in such a short time. I must come down and see it in person some time soon. flyingbrick
The resin I used for hole filling was a terrible idea. I spent ages digging it out and replacing with melted plastic. Sprayed some grey on to help see high spots and it helped.. Slowly shaping.. Will be perfect when I'm done!
