run 12:1 -16:1 with good oil and they seem to hold up ok. Mine got a bit rattly when i ran it on 50:1 lol. Villiers planned well for one of the problems involved with excessive oil and put a drain plug on crankcase haha

haha! have been running 16:1 stock villiers but it fouls plugs like a bitch so put a slosh more gas in for last night's testing. final assemble went well, took it for a burn. 1st is too short and 2nd too tall, perfect!

sounds grouse with the exhaust sealed up especially on engine braking. hooking 1st on the fly is hilarious/front flips

eats clutchless changes for brekky

fuckin zapped me twice! perhaps metal handlebar kill switch wired directly to coil/ign module wasnt a good idea. can still feel it in my arms. damn dynamos pack a punch, not keen for any more

so all in all, maiden voyage was a mild success! pics later

aaaiiight

single exhaust pipe added

timed up-ish

wouldnt start

started, threw sparks.. sweetness

on velodrome test it must have been running about 40deg ATDC, not sure how it ran/villiers magic

currently at about 2deg (+-2deg haha) ATDC, will tweak it up some after work

conclusion - villiers are magic i know because lots of magic smoke comes out
