Vintage Grumble
What you want to do is install 4age 20V quads, with a 4age 20V conected to them, will make the whole thing way more acererer.
keltik
Yeah i think quads would be the main goal. Then i could just run TPSvsRPM and not need a MAF sensor or a reliable MAP reading. Dont know about the 20v boat anchor tho.
drtdvl
Why the $age? You can put a K20a in get more power + less hassles... http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.ph ... pic=120084 Peugeout Sport full close ratio box. 2.5 inches removed from front of peugeot bellhousing. Honda bellhousing cut until 2.5 inches remaining. stage 4 Mi16 clutch and pressure plate bolted to honda flywheel. Both bellhousings aligned and welded. Rear engine mount and driveshaft mount cut and welded to flat plate to bolt to honda engine. Top engine mount cut and used on adapter plate to honda mount. Hondata full engine management Engine is the K20a2 210hp but has been upgraded with jdm k20a cams and pistons so should be to the 220hp spec. Vintage Grumble
Because its a K20A/not a 4age, puuhuhuhuhuhuhu. I'll leave now.
drtdvl
also, if your having issues with gear selection/sloppy shifting - don't bother with get new linkages. Hunt around for a facelift 406's / C5 - (2000 onwards) with a BE4 box had cable shift setup - this can be used on the BE3 gearbox. http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.ph ... pic=121169
keltik
Took for its first road legal thrashing after work......im sorry but this is not a quick car. It makes me sad panda. Not a bad car by any stretch and it does handle very nicely - but i just dont know if its what i want. Im thinking i should go back to my original plan of whamming a flat 6 in a early impreza. Snoozin
Remove a substantial amount of kilo's and I'm sure it'll be fine. There's gotta be billions of bits of crap that can be removed, start with interior, remove door trims, gut the insides of the doors, sound deadening, every single redundant clip, bracket, wire etc... bet it's even got a rear windscreen wiper so ditch shit like that, and it's motor. Cut hack slash chop destroy in pursuit of speed.
KKtrips
take Joes Mi16 205 for a drive and you will be shitting pants.. (well I did and I only revved it to 6500 - it goes right through to 7500) there may be something more that your one needs to pep it up.. Vintage Grumble
You need to make up your mind before you gut this car/spend too much time/money on it. Deep down inside (well not that deep really) you know you're a suby fan boy, so just get a suby and be done with it. I vote man up and put a F6 in a prezza and make it RWD, the correct WD. keltik
Will see if the pug sells, all i want is to recover what i spent thus far then i can try something else. Have also just realised how massively in the shit my bank balance is I dunno...nothing against the car but it just isnt hitting the spot for me. Next adventure will be to shamelessly copy clint because i love his car and it does hit the spot. hqsH3ocGipE

Might let it go for a little less to an OSGC. I feel bad for giving up so quick but fuck me, its not worth going any further unless im really into it. mikuni
its not worth going any further unless im really into it. Definitely right there. Otherwise all you will end up with is a stripped, worthless shell. At least its still able to be sold at this point. /swap for an equally useless and unappealing Opel Calibra?
