Chickity
Richie - keen for that anitpasto evening/lunch we keep talking about but never getting around to? Everyone bring a fancy cheese or olives/sundried tomatoes/chutney etc and a pack of crackers. Chilling in the sun with cheese and crackers sound pretty heavenly tbh. Also, I don't suppose you ever made one of those giant jenga sets? I have a large square stainless plate to use as a playing platform if you did. KKtrips
I made one of those sets about 10 years back and it cost about $150 in wood cos you need to get fully dressed wood which only comes in treated.. Reading this thread and potential funtimes makes me want to come and join in but OMG its a fucking long way to come home when hungover like a filthy mule.. ryanfels
$150! i estimate that each layer would cost about $1.30 if using 70x45
KKtrips
Each piece was 300 long and I had 16 layers I think??? So I think that works out at 13.5m of fully dressed 100x50 and I paid screaming retail.. I don't got no hookups in the industry..
Escorto.
Ive got hookups if needed. Tis my trade after all. Also. I cannot decide if I wish to bring my XA or a 4wd of some description... XA would be epic fun. But I can sleep in my surf. hard choices.
Chickity
Heh, first world problems to the days. Make jenga (assuming it hasn't already been done), bring with. I'll pack plate thing to stand it on along with the rest of the house.
Snoozin
Ryan, shall we have a man-jenga making afternoon? Need a dropsaw for accuracy though, I'm keen to pitch in some bucks to make it happen. Escorto, bring the XA!
ryanfels
I can just use the drop saw at the local carters. Should be easy
Snoozin
We can make this happen.
Chickity
Can also contribute some $ to the cause.
ryanfels
1m high jenga will require about 15m of 70x45 so that should only cost about $

Chickity
I'm sure we can sus you a ride back to Whangarei. There will be more than enough seats around. Not sure where said freezer would live? If it will survive ok outside we can probably plonk it next to the caravan and run the cord through a window. bigfoot
under a tarp/it never rains up here lol. figured if people bought bulk meats and chucked them in freezer will be easier than daily trips to buy meat
