He works out of the Johns rd garage though. Go see the guys at Johns rd, and casually mention that the guy wouldn't do your check. I'm sure that my mate, or his business partner will be unhappy to hear that. I took my old VF valiant to the richmond garage in petrie st (now completely fucked from the quake) after getting rolled with no wof of rego on a friday night. Pulled up, and said, hey I need a wof. And he said, I don't want to see this car. Take it to VTNZ. VTNZ raped it with a barbed wire dildo. (Full page of defects) But I got a WOF in the end. Hemi Posted March 31, 2011 Share Posted March 31, 2011 yupcan be refused a warrent if the inpsector does not want his hands on it , old kevin at my work wont give my hardtop a warrent check for the exact reasons outlined above i constantly change stz and often run in the not legal coloumn , which is fair enough . as for having your name on it .. inspector just takes pics and staples them to job . that way any come back by investigation is met up eveidence to say 'this is hows it was when i checked it'. i can understand his aim though tbh if i had a wof licence i would not tell o/s not bcause im a cunt but i could just not be fucked with explaining why someones dropped 8 inches after giving it a wof etc .
