pies Posted September 9, 2007 Share Posted September 9, 2007 see comment about noisy head... noisy head was actually noisy bearings. noisy bearings got noisier on test drive once we put new starter in. reason the old starter died was, well it didnt. engine was siezed, so it wasnt turning over. we ended up tow starting it, the force from that must un-seized it. we drove it, then the knocking came, me = got pissed off, went to swing an 'O' (on my private test facility) and it seized shortly after lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
