Dell'orto
You could scuff them with scotchbrite to dull them if the shine is too much for you?
Seedy Al
I had considered this, however It will probably just look like balls, As in, A glossy paint job with score marks all over it from Scottying it back I will probably just call you today and order some Satin paint I think

Seedy Al
explain to me, a lock washer...? I assume you mean spring washer?
Nominal
Spring, or those toothy things, or nylocks. Cert people are very keen on those. Also the 300mm clamps if you have run any new fuel lines.
Seedy Al
Yeah got most of that covered I'm pretty sure. still need to do the tops of my front shocks with lock nuts. but yeah, Will give it a bit of a go over. Fuel lines are all factory besides swapping the hose to EFI. Pretty sure. I have everything covered. But as the old folks say, you never can tell. Seedy Al
Cert is tomorrow. Mix of nervousness, excitement, and not looking forward to getting up at 6.30 lol. I would be more excited if it was just the cert I had to deal with. But also need to sort a proper wheel alignment, aka double wish bone fun, and the pink sticker inspection, which could be its own can of worms. Still. Gotta start somewhere.

KKtrips
Kicker, go see Steve at Bridgestone Miramar. He did the wheel alignment on my Coon and turned it from a bit of a wanderlust dog to a point and go sweetheart. Good price too.
