Mof Posted January 27 Posted January 27 One month! I reckon these tracks have got a little bit of every other track we've done in the past. Including Porika 3 Quote
Mof Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Also like I've said before you're all welcome to crash at mine the night before. There's 3 spare bedrooms, couches and heaps of floor space. Plus not so much rush in the morning for the 9am start. We could do a byo bbq, I'll supply the greenery. Quote
governorsam Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Old mate John with the ct can’t make it, his boss is off work with 2 broken wrists. ducati vs car that pulled out of a driveway on dyers pass. john is now working 7days a week for the next 3 months. gutted, but he will be at the next one. 2 2 Quote

Chris.QCR Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Attempted a shakeout ride today and a fuel line split at the tank end. Which for my bike involves removing the exhaust and then tank so I rode it back home from the Tai Tapu meetup and replaced the fuel line and hose clamps as well as the filter. Filled up the tank and looks to be holding all good now. Looks like @NZChaddy & @Spud1man had a good ride out to Bossu ! 3 2 Quote
RUNAMUCK Posted February 6 Author Posted February 6 Great ride that. I just know that your proper shakedown ride will nang the fresh engine hard, and ensure a good break in. 2 Quote
NZChaddy Posted February 6 Posted February 6 That Birdlings gravel pit at the end of Bossu Rd distributed stones to places I didn't know existed on my bike, haha. Thought I'd done a serious mischief to the engine but it was just a stone wedged behind the front sprocket and was rubbing on the chain, whew! 1 Quote
RUNAMUCK Posted February 6 Author Posted February 6 It's a serious work out pushing your bike in 1st gear if you get stopped on that gravel! Quote
RUNAMUCK Posted February 6 Author Posted February 6 In other news, @JustHarry has moped melee proofed the new BBQ to withstand the rigors of being trailered up hil and down Dale. 4 1 Quote
