Chickity Posted February 21, 2014 Share Posted February 21, 2014 Yeah. Not allowed to use the top two rungs. If you make it two rungs shorter, you still can't use the top two rungs. It's a stability thing/a so many people injure themselves using ladders/you're paying for all these people to sit at home on ACC. 3 and 4 step ladders are banned on HCL sites because it's nearly impossible to not use the top two steps.
