Press a smaller ID penny washer into a cone using a large center punch, that should fit down the hole a bit to reach the broken bolt. Then a good hot tack weld, with gas. Make sure it's clean with no zinc on the washer anymore. Then weld a bigger NUT to the washer. Unwind it. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
