oldnrusty Posted November 12, 2012 Author Share Posted November 12, 2012 yeah all got back good, long day, pretty hammered by the time i got home. was super sweet tho ive got some kick arse photos, Yes i did get some of sweet camp setup shots but yeah russels got my camera, so will head up to his and up load those tomorrow, hard tails sweet on the open road, tall low PSI firestone rear tire is the key haha, big bumps buck you out of the saddle, which in a corner is all good fun, but yeah i can rock it one handed at motorway speeds no worries, arse didnt get raped any worse than it normal would have on a long bike trip on anything else, 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

oldnrusty Posted November 12, 2012 Author Share Posted November 12, 2012 aw right so........ thursday arvo, i was still having tank sealing issues, also noticed the diaphrams on the carbs were completly stuffed, thanks to Danny and the boys they crafted some magic and repaired the holes, we then rigged a syringe as a tank but only heald enough gas to up one street run to do a plug chop, chop seems like it was ok, lets see what the tank does tomorrow once the JB weld dries Friday morning i get a txt from Danny "your tanks still leaking dickhead!", i get to the workshop, dannys speant many an hour trying to poo the crap out of the tank with JB weld and need-it, 5 oclock tank on first test with petrol, still sepping out! fuck it, fire it up, LETS ROLL! fridays weather was the shit! we get to Aidens place in Tehoro.......on the chop so later that night, and a few drinks aswel, we thought it was probly a good idea to go for a midnight blat to the beach the plain went swimmingly untill this guy...... ....over shot a corner then tryed to play catch up and failed to take a corner on Dannys very custom GSX750 any way the showed had to go on, and the weather was sweet Aiden 140 something-a-rather cc C50 cub, nearly 20 odd horse power!!! ride was super sweet to manfeild, prefect weather! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
oldnrusty Posted November 12, 2012 Author Share Posted November 12, 2012 mate of ours Ed showed up for the saturday, TL1000 flat tracker KZ camp misses, being a good sport, jumped into, even tho she had the DX wagon there worked out sweet id like to tell you we all got crazy as shit, but after waiting 2 hours for our meal we were kinda fuct this is about as crazy aswel we got that night we did watch some cars at one stage Dannys sweet removable pannier next days weather was shit, Danny had some running issues on the way back home, had to pull into a run down motel and do some rode side tuning, battery issues and not till today he found his main jet in one carb just chilling in the float bowl haha aww and some cars and shit Rad weekend, cheers to the boys, cheers for everyones comments, maybe want till you see it in person before saying it as cool as you think it is hahahah, nar fucking cheers heaps tho hayhole out 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
