Looks pretty melted in #1! Had that valve lost its head? 
 
As for the 4AGE throttles, they will match up fine but throw away the standard manifold and make a new one with two flanges and some tube. It's not often you see the standard manifold used in any application apart from a 20valve. 
 
This guy has done it with a weber manifold and an adapter:

I'm hoping the bike carb setup sells well to help funding

Those extractors look great!

I hope you aren't planning on running the same carbs again as an interim option to get it going. I reckon they were making it run lean.

 

The bike carbs are sold going to run it in on a set side drafts 40s and see what it runs like

Wanna sell your old extractors? Those new ones look MINT. Definitely a sweet birthday present. Also count as a gift towards your valentine, surely?

 

Thanks dont know if the old ones are any good they are very thin and have a lot of weld on them to. There no Valentine in those just pocket money bugger

I could get a mate of mine to weld/fix bits that need fixing and replace tube if it's cracked. I'm sure anything is better than the factory extractors.
