So I did some shit on this today, mainly in the boot. I took out the LPG tank a while back leaving a heap of holes and space. So I reinstated one of the bits of steel and used it to build a ply platform that'll hold a sub, because I may as well. Keen on advice on what to do in regards the back of the back seat - it looks like shit. Can I put a bit of mdf in there to tidy it up or is that goning to just rattle and make the sub less effective? Can I vinyl/carpet it? I also made a template for the boot inner sides, just to tidy it up. It looks rough, but it fits near perfect, so when i make the final one I'll worry about getting it all clean and tidy. Adjusted the idle, removed some dead rivets and whatnot from the lpg system underneath. began rebuilding the shit parcel tray speaker set up I made years ago. Pretty good day in the shed.

Are the uprights permanent or just construction bracing? No dirt thanks.

I did the old cheapy air-blower version and it gave great results - it has a narrow nozzle which made it quite focussed, so it concentrated the clean but did take some time. I got bulk soda at bin inn.

Based on inspection in the weekend, between my prefered style references of Mad Max, Deathproof and www.facebook.com/RattyMuscleCars I think your Mustang is pretty much finished. Maybe remove a few more interior panels and add some ducttape bits.

So, lots of the oldboys in hot rod clubs do a thing whereby they spend a saturday going from one members shed/garage to the next guys shed/garage, having beers and yarns and swapping shit and having a bit of a bbq along the way. Do we think we have the interest/willingness to do something like this when Summer rolls back around?

Pertronix fitted today, need to adjust tune but seems like a winner. Smells less fumey already. Bumper bolts dowsed in 5.56 in preparation for removal to get tail off. Fitted some repro tail light rubbers last week - shit fit, and got a new repro tail light surround ring which was 1/4-1/2 inch too small in diameter. Annoying.
